Alteration Agreement
| As part of the purchase agreement for the RAGDOLL kitten or
cat born ______________________________, color and sex described as follows
______________________________________________, the buyer promises to
have it altered NO SOONER THAN 5 MONTHS OF AGE AND NO LATER THAN 8 MONTHS
OF AGE or by ________________. If seller does not receive veterinary verification of altering within thirty days of the date indicated above the registration papers will not be released to the buyer. The seller agrees to release the registration papers to the buyer within thirty days of valid notification of altering. The buyer promises to provide responsible care for the kitten or cat, including protection from hazards such as traffic, dogs, and small children.
